That variety means our team doesn't get stuck doing one repetitive task — you'll work across hardware, networks, software and customer-facing support, often in the same week.
We're looking for people who are comfortable being hands-on with hardware, can explain a technical issue in plain language to a non-technical customer, and don't mind travelling to a client site when a job needs it.
What We Look For
- Solid troubleshooting fundamentals — hardware, OS, or networking (you don't need all three on day one)
- Clear, patient communication with customers who aren't technical
- Willingness to do on-site visits across Mumbai and surrounding areas
- Honesty about timelines and what a repair will actually cost
